Shipping & Delivery

GENERAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. We offer shipping for orders within the 48 contiguous states. Furniture, oversized and fragile items are not eligible for shipping, and are available for local pickup only. Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

LOCAL PICK -UP
We also offer free local pick-up at Natalia Romero Design’s studio, in downtown Colorado Springs. Orders will be ready within 1 business day. This option is available at checkout. Pick-up hours are:
Monday - Friday: 11am-5:00pm by appointment.
Please bring your order number.

INTERNATIONAL
For orders shipping outside of the U.S. please contact us. Please note that international customers are responsible for all duty and taxes associated with the importation of merchandise.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns, for a full refund only. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused and unaltered condition to receive refund.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, contact us with the following information: full name, order number, the specific items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number for your return shipment.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or international orders.
