Our decorative boxes, are handcrafted by Wichi artisans using traditional techniques, they are an example of expert craftsmanship, as the durable chaguar fiber requires both skill and strength to treat, spin, and weave. The crop is gathered, soaked and handspun by indigenous Wichi women in Chaco, Northern Argentina.
The community's ancient weaving technique and unique relationship with the Chaguar plant is an important part of their tradition and cultural heritage.
